1. Zero Telemetry & No Tracking

Agentic Essence, Agentic Vox, and our accompanying website do not collect, harvest, store, or sell any personal data. There are no tracking cookies, analytics trackers, fingerprinters, or marketing beacons embedded in the software or this website.

2. Local Storage of Credentials

Any API keys you supply (such as your Google Gemini API key or Ollama endpoint configuration) are stored exclusively in your local device's sandboxed encrypted storage. They are never transmitted to any proxy, server, or intermediate service maintained by us.

3. Direct API Communication

When you trigger requests using Google Gemini, your client communicates directly with Google's official endpoints (https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com) via HTTPS. When you utilize local Ollama (http://127.0.0.1:11434), all inference remains 100% on your device, completely isolated from external networks.

4. Microphone & Speech Privacy (Agentic Vox)

Agentic Vox utilizes the on-device Android Speech Recognizer and Text-to-Speech engines. Audio waveforms are processed in-memory for continuous acoustic turn-taking and are not permanently recorded, uploaded, or analyzed for advertising profiles.

5. Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this policy will be committed directly to our public repository with transparent version tracking.
