End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the creators of Agentic Essence and Agentic Vox hereby grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install, execute, and operate the binary distributions (including Android APK, Windows Desktop Executable, and Portable ZIP distributions) on devices owned or legitimately controlled by you.

2. Local-First & Hardware-Locked Operations

Agentic Essence is engineered under a strict local-first philosophy. Cryptographic hardware verification, license token verification, and model persistence run strictly on your local hardware environment without persistent cloud verification servers or background phoning home.

3. Authorized Security & Ethical Research Declaration

Agentic Essence and Agentic Vox feature native bridge integrations with Termux, Kali NetHunter, and terminal environments, capable of dispatching low-level network diagnostics, packet audits, and system tool executions.

You agree to utilize all network, scanning, and penetration testing capabilities strictly on systems, networks, and infrastructure that you own or for which you have received express, authorized, and written permission.
The authors explicitly prohibit the usage of this software for unauthorized intrusions, denial-of-service, malicious surveillance, or illegal activities.

4. Third-Party Services & Direct API Endpoints

When utilizing cloud inference features (e.g., Google Gemini 2.5 / 2.0 Flash / Pro), requests are dispatched directly from your device to the official Google API endpoints using your provided credentials. You remain subject to the respective terms and acceptable use policies of third-party providers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
